Response time

This is a one-person project run outside of full-time work, so replies aren't instant — but every message gets read. Bug reports that include the mode you were playing (Pixel, Puzzle, Champion, or Item) and roughly when it happened are the fastest to act on.

Reporting a wrong attribute

Champion and Item compare against reference tables, and those can lag a patch or carry a genuine error. If a comparison looks wrong, the most useful report names the item or champion, the column, and what you expected it to say — that is enough to fix it without guesswork.

Two things that usually turn out not to be bugs, worth checking before you write in. An amber cell means a partial match, not a near miss — it appears when a champion shares one position or region with the answer but not all of them. And build paths count duplicates, so an item made from two Long Swords genuinely does not match one made from a Long Sword and a Pickaxe. Both are explained in the How to Play guide.

Suggesting a mode

Mode ideas are welcome, and the ones that tend to work share a shape: a single piece of League data that is recognisable but not instantly identifying, and some way for a wrong guess to buy you more of it. That is what the Pixel modes and Puzzle both do with art, and what the comparison table does with attributes. Ideas that give everything away in one look, or that need data Riot does not publish, are the ones that usually stall.

Something not loading?

If the board is stuck on "Loading today's champion", the most common cause is a browser extension blocking the game's own API, since the page and the data come from different subdomains. Trying it in a private window with extensions off is the quickest way to tell that apart from a real outage. If a private window fails too, that is worth reporting — include your browser and roughly what time it happened.

Progress lives in your browser, not in an account, so clearing site data resets the current day and your streak. There is no way to recover a streak that way, which is worth knowing before you clear anything.
